In April 2004 we decided that we were interested in relocating from California to Arizona and began the search via the Internet. My husband found Cat’s website on the Internet and via email set up an appointment with Cat to view new homes in Surprise area. We communicated our desires, both as to the type of house and the price range that we would be interested in, and over a two-day period Cat took us to 10-12 builders. We then went to the Tucson area and on our own viewed approximately 8 builders. We then decided to return to Surprise, met with Cat and she showed us some additional homes and we decided to purchase a Morrison home.
There were several changes that we wanted done to the house that we had purchased, remove carpet, install tile, replace existing countertops in the kitchen, modify the media center, ect. Cat recommended several contractors and the one we decided to use proved to be very good and extremely professional. We needed all this work completed by the time we sold our house in California and moved here. Since we had to return to California to handle everything on that end, Cat agreed to act as our agent and supervise all of the remodel work. Cat also recommended that a professional home inspection be completed prior to the final walk-thru with Morrison Homes. Cat helped us find the inspector, and worked with the builder to have all items identified by the inspector corrected before the walk-thru.
Each time we came to Surprise to either check on the house, or to move some of our items, Cat would meet us at the house and take us anywhere that we might need to go. Cat’s husband, Mike also helped us with several items, like mowing the grass until we moved here and even helping unload a moving van. We were amazed at all that Cat was able to accomplish in a short period of time and we were so very lucky to have the pleasure of working with and knowing her.
We would highly recommend Cat and hop that others will have the pleasure of getting to work with such a caring and professional real estate agent.
